International Day of the Midwife 2014

This Assembly:

Recognises the outstanding work undertaken by midwives in hospitals and communities across Wales;

Recognises the importance of midwives in ensuring the health of mothers and their babies;

Celebrates the International Day of the Midwife, taking place on 5 May 2014.
