Item 3: Motion to approve the Welfare of Farmed Animals (Wales) Regulations 2007

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales; in accordance with Standing Order 24.4

1. Considers the report of the Subordinate Legislation Committee laid in the Table Office on 10 October 2007 in relation to the draft The Welfare of Farmed Animals (Wales) Regulations 2007; and

2. Approves that the draft The Welfare of Farmed Animals (Wales) Regulations 2007 is made in accordance with:

a) the draft laid in the Table Office on 27 September 2007; and

b) the Explanatory Memorandum laid in the Table Office on 27 September 2007.


The Motion was agreed, in accordance with Standing Order 7.35.

Item 4: Debate on Implementation and Priorities of the One Wales Programme for Government
NDM3697 Carwyn Jones (Bridgend)

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:

Endorses the programme for government set out in the "One Wales" document.

The following amendments were tabled:

Delete "Endorses" and replace with "Notes".
