Angela Burns (Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire): Further to the publication of the December 2012 cycle applicant figures from UCAS, does the Minister agree with Dr Philip Dixon, director of the education union Association of Teachers and Lecturers Cymru, who has said he is "surprised" by the size of the fall in applications from Wales. Eluned Parrott (South Wales Central): Will the Minister provide an update on the Government’s target of introducing a “Welsh Transport Entitlement Card for bus and rail services which would include integrated ticketing, to allow ‘seamless’ transfer between service operators, by 2014” as outlined in the National Transport Plans published in 2009 and 2010, confirming whether the Government is on course to meet this target. Antoinette Sandbach (North Wales): In relation to the Bontnewydd bypass, will the Minister confirm a) the size of associated drainage lagoons and their capacity; b) the implications of this drainage to the Gwyrfai SSSI; and c) what safety measures will be in place to avoid contaminated water overflowing from drainage lagoons.
