To ask the Minister for the Environment and Sustainable Development

Andrew RT Davies (South Wales Central): Will the Minister make a statement on the Welsh Government's implementation of the EU Norm EN 1825 regulation, confirming if the Welsh Government will undertake a review of the regulation and halt the registration of septic tank owners, as is the case in England.
