Accessibility

If there are things we can do to help you give evidence, please let the clerking team know in advance of the meeting.

Any information you provide will be dealt with confidentially, with respect, and will only be shared with those who need to be aware to make any reasonable adjustments. It will not have any impact on your evidence.

Adjustments include, but are not limited to:

  • step-free routes
  • accessible parking
  • interpretation to enable the use of other languages during meetings, including British Sign Language (BSL)
  • having someone with you, for communication or mobility needs
  • access to quiet facilities, if you struggle with busy or noisy areas
  • hearing loops, if you have a reduced range of hearing

For any reasonable adjustments you may need, please contact the committee clerking team who invited you.
