Committee to gather more evidence for inquiry into the funding of voluntary organisations

The Communities and Culture Committee will take further evidence as part of its inquiry into the funding of voluntary organisations in Wales at its next meeting on Wednesday November 7^th. Members will take evidence from the Sports Council for Wales, the Arts Council of Wales and the National Federation of Women’s Institutes Wales The committee has also issued a call for written evidence seeking views from interested parties on the:

• ease or difficulty of obtaining funding from the Welsh Assembly Government or relevant national funding bodies.
• ease or difficulty in complying with constraints or conditions placed on funding.
• issues related to the duration or timing of funding.
