Culture Committee to consider Welsh Language Board merger

The Culture Welsh Language and Sport Committee will discuss the merger of the Welsh Language Board and Welsh Assembly Government on Wednesday 13^th December in the Senedd. The committee will discuss the issues with the Welsh Language Board and receive a presentation on the work and scope of the Office of the Irish Language Commissioner. Members will also examine the Minister’s views on the future development of sports policy and relationship between the Welsh Assembly Government and the Sports Council for Wales and consider and the Digital Switchover (Disclosure of Information) Bill The meeting takes place at 9.00am in Committee Room 3, Senedd, Cardiff Bay.
