Environment Legislative Competence Order (LCO)

The National Assembly for Wales’ Legislation Committee No.4 will scrutinise the Welsh government’s revised Environment LCO.

“The environment and waste management are issues that all of us have interest in here in Wales”, said committee chair, Mike German AM.

“It is important that we scrutinise the Minister so that we understand the implications of the changes made to the LCO”.

They will also take evidence from the Sustainability Minister, Jane Davidson AM, on June 3^rd, and publish its report on June 12^th.
