Rural Development Sub-Committee to scrutinise Government’s draft budget

The Assembly’s Rural Development Sub-Committee will be scrutinising the Welsh Assembly Government’s draft budget at a meeting this week. Rural Affairs Minister Elin Jones will attend the meeting to answer questions on the budget, and she will also give an update to Members on bovine TB. The Sub-Committee is currently undertaking an inquiry into bovine TB and has already taken evidence from the Assembly Government, farming unions, voluntary organisations and the Independent Scientific Group whose report was published earlier this year. The meeting takes place at 10.30am on Thursday November 8 in Committee Room 3, Senedd, Cardiff Bay. Full details and an agenda
