In partnership with The Heritage and Cultural Exchange, three new displays have been created in the Pierhead that give visitors a glimpse into life in Tiger Bay and the docks from the 1880s – 1950s.
Celebration of Welsh Contemporary Painting (CoWCP) aims to demonstrate the vibrancy and talent of painting in Wales. Dates: 10 January – 25 February 2025.
Monumental Welsh Women is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to recognising the contribution of women to the history and life of Wales. In 2016, the group started campaigning to get five statues of notable Welsh women erected in different locations around Wales. Dates: 22 February - 7 May 2025.
The Senedd has a play area for children complete with toys, sensory play and a large map of Wales. We also have a range of activities for children during school holidays, and a Senedd explorer trail to keep little ones entertained all year round.
