Come and learn about the work of the Senedd and who represents you and your community. 

You’ll have the opportunity to meet with Members of the Senedd and voice your opinion on the issues that matter to you. Join us at a drop-in session:

  • Wednesday 9 August, 15:00: Jack Sargeant MS, Petition Committee Chair.
  • Thursday 10 August, 11:00: Peredur Owen Griffiths MS, Finance Committee Chair. 
  • Friday 11 August, 11:00: Llyr Gruffydd, Climate Change, Environment, and Infrastructure Committee Chair.

Get involved, come to stand 309 for a paned and say Shwmae!

  • Daily, 14:00: Learn about the powers of the Senedd in a fun session with hats and fancy dress. Suitable for children (particularly primary pupils). 
  • Friday 11 August, 13:00: Insights from the National Library Political Archive from rarely seen campaign materials and personal collections.

‘Criced, Caws a’r Clarinet’: In Conversation with Y Llywydd and First Minister

The Llywydd (Presiding Officer), Elin Jones MS, will hold a special conversation with the First Minister Mark Drakeford MS, about his upbringing in Carmarthen, his love of music, his values and politics, and his relationship with the Welsh language.

There will be an opportunity for the audience to ask questions at the end of the session.
