  • Motion to approve The Recycling, Preparation for Re-use and Composting Targets (Monitoring and Penalties) (Wales) Regulations 2011 (15 mins)

Proposal to debate the following two items together under Standing Order 7.20 but with separate votes (15 mins)

  • Motion to approve the draft Equality Act 2010 (Specification of Relevant Welsh Authorities) Order 2011

  • Motion to approve the draft Equality Act 2010 (Statutory Duties) (Wales) Regulations 2011

  • Legislative Consent Motion in respect of the Welfare Reform Bill (15 mins)

  • Stage 3 Standing Order 23.57 debate on the Proposed Education (Wales) Measure (60 mins)

In accordance with Standing Order 23.49, amendments will be disposed of in the order which the sections and schedules to which they relate, arise in the proposed Measure.
