To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:

1.Notes that some service providers including utility companies and banks charge consumers extra should they wish to receive bills, statements and other information in a paper format.

2.Recognises that some people in Wales are unable to access online bills, statements and other information for a number of different reasons and so rely on the paper format service

3.Calls upon the Welsh Government to urge service providers to respond appropriately to the evidence of the Keep Me Posted campaign, supporting consumers’ ability to choose paper bills, statements and other information without payment or penalty.
