Approves The Draft National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Education) Order 2010.

The draft Order and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Assembly on 18 February  2010;

The report of the Legislation Committee No. 4 on the Proposed National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Education) Order 2010 was laid before the Assembly on 27 January 2010.
