NDM4244 Carwyn Jones (Bridgend)

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales; in accordance with Standing Order 24.4:

Approves that the draft The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 is made in accordance with the draft laid in the Table Office on 20 May 2009.

NDM4246 Brian Gibbons (Aberavon)

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 26.4, agrees that provisions of the Child Poverty Bill in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament.

A Legislative Consent Memorandum has been laid in Table Office on 16 June 2009 in accordance with Standing Order 26.2(i).

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with Standing Order 22.34:

Approves the draft The National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Social Welfare) Order 2009

The draft Order and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Assembly on 16 June  2009;

The report of the Legislation Committee No. 3 on the Proposed The National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Social Welfare) Order 2009 Committee was laid before the Assembly on 2 April 2009.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with Standing Order 22.34:

Approves the draft The National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Exceptions to Matters) Order 2009

The draft Order and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Assembly on 16 June  2009;

The report of the Legislation Committee No. 3 on the Proposed The National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Social Welfare) Order 2009 was laid before the Assembly on 2 April 2009.
