To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 26.91:

Agrees that Darren Millar may introduce a Bill to give effect to the pre-ballot information tabled on 18 April 2013 under Standing Order 26.90.

NNDM5259 Alun Davies (Blaenau Gwent)

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6, agrees that provisions in the Local Audit and Accountability Bill relating to audit arrangements for Internal Drainage Boards (IDBs) whose areas fall partly within Wales, in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament.

A Legislative Consent Memorandum has been laid in Table Office on 30 May 2013 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2(i).
