Andrew R T Davies raised a Point of Order regarding how public bodies deal with Assembly Members during the UK General Election campaign period. The Presiding Officer confirmed that Assembly Members should not be treated any differently during this period as there is no Assembly election taking place. The Presiding Officer said that he would pursue any particular cases with the most appropriate authorities.
