That the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with Standing Orders 35.6 and 35.8:
Suspends
that part of Standing Order 6.10 that requires the weekly announcement under Standing Order 6.3 to constitute the timetable for business in Plenary for the following week, to allow the motion under Item 5 to be considered in Plenary on Wednesday 20 May 2009.

6: Motion to extend the term of office of the Auditor General for Wales

The National Assembly for Wales:
i) Notes the report of the Audit Committee, laid on 12 May 2009, and
ii) Acting under paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 8 to the Government of Wales Act 2006, nominates Jeremy Gye Colman, whose current term of office as Auditor General for Wales expires on the 31st March 2010, for further appointment by Her Majesty to that office for a term expiring on the 31st March 2013.
