Kirsty Williams (Brecon and Radnorshire): What plans does the Minister have to mirror the UK Government’s temporary business rates discount of £1,000 for two years (as of 1 April 2014) for retail and food premises, making such a discount available for businesses in Wales? (WAQ66659)
