Assembly Committee to discuss new petitions

The Petitions Committee of the National Assembly for Wales will hold its next meeting on Wednesday 11th June

The committee will be discussing four new petitions relating to the fluoridation of public water supplies; Cysgliad – a Welsh language dictionary and thesaurus; psychological traffic calming in Dunvant and the siting of a care home for children in Seven Sisters

Members will also receive updates on previous petitions received relating to the Rhyl flats windfarm; the regional waste plan 1st review; ‘Pride in Barry’; a Welsh language daily newspaper; safe roads for schools; and sand dredging in the Bristol Channel

The meeting takes place in Committee Room 1 The Senedd from 9.00am until 10.15am.
