There will be a strong National Assembly presence at the Royal Welsh Showground in Llanelwedd with a programme of events throughout the week.
Young people aged from 11 up to 18 can register to vote and find out about how to be a candidate in the forthcoming Welsh Youth Parliament.
The inaugural election will take place in the autumn. 60 members will make up the parliament; 40 of which will represent the constituencies of Wales and be voted for directly by young people. Another 20 will be elected from stakeholder organisations to ensure a youth parliament which is more representative of Welsh society.
Assembly staff will be on hand at the Young Farmers Centre throughout the week.
On Wednesday, 25 July the Llywydd, Elin Jones AM, will host her annual reception with a panel discussion on the theme of 'Women Leading the Way'. The discussion will be chaired by Rachel Evans, Wales Director for the Countryside Alliance, and joining the Llywydd on the panel will be:
Victoria Shervington-Jones, NFU / Principality Wales' Women's Farmer of the Year 2017;
Helen Walbey, founder of Recycle Scooters, UK Policy Chair for Home Affairs and Welsh taskforce lead for Diversity at the Federation of Small Businesses; and,
Catrin Pascoe, Editor, Western Mail.
Also on Wednesday the Climate Change, Environment and Rural Affairs Committee will host an event at Aberystwyth University's stand on the subject of its work related to Brexit.
The Committee has looked at the future of agriculture and rural development policies and, more recently, has looked at environmental principles and governance, common frameworks, and fisheries.
