The Welsh Parliament is once again included among the Top Ten employers in the UK for working parents and carers.
National charity Working Families has announced its Top Employers for 2023, awarding the Senedd a place on its competitive list of family-friendly and flexible employers in the UK.
Now in its fourteenth year, employers large and small from across the public, private, and third sectors compete annually to gain a coveted place on the charity’s list.
This year’s Top Ten (in alphabetical order) are:

- Crown Prosecution Service
- Grant Thornton
- Imperial College London
- NatWest Group
- North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT)
- Pinsent Masons
- Welsh Parliament
- Yorkshire Building Society
Employers are assessed using Working Families’ Benchmark and were scored on four key areas to build a comprehensive picture of their flexible and family-friendly policies and practices that specifically support parents and carers.
