Secondary Schools and Colleges

• Times: 10:00–12:00 or 13:00–15:00
• Location: Senedd, Cardiff Bay
• Up to 60 pupils per session
• Theme: You choose the theme that best suits your group
• All sessions can be adapted for school councils 

Each time slot hosts one session only. If a slot is fully booked, it’s unavailable for all themes.

We offer financial assistance for travel.

If your preferred date isn’t available, we’d still love to welcome you - ask us about audio tours, self-guided visits or group tours (note: travel support does not apply to these options).

Suitable for: Years 12 -13 (A-level Politics)

• Pupils will explore the role of the Senedd, how laws are made, the work of committees and how citizens can influence decision-making.
• Pupils will learn about the importance of their vote and how they can make a difference.
• This session will connect political theory with real-world practice and inspire informed, active participation.

Suitable for: Years 7 -10  (all subjects) and can be adapted for Additional Learning Needs pupils. 

• Pupils will learn the importance of their voice and how they can make a difference.
• This session is a great way to build confidence, critical thinking and awareness of their role in society.
