Council Prayers

The National Assembly for Wales:

Believes that each local authority in Wales should be afforded the opportunity to decide whether it would like to hold council prayers during each council meeting and have it formally recorded on the official business agenda; and

Calls upon the Welsh Government to amend the Local Government Act 1972 to enable this to take place.
