Health and Local Government Committee to scrutinise Ministers on draft budget

The Health Minister, Edwina Hart, and Local Government Minister Brian Gibbons are to be quizzed by an Assembly Committee on the Welsh Government’s draft budget.

The two Ministers will be answering questions on the budget at the next meeting of the Assembly Health, Wellbeing and Local Government Committee.

The Chair of the Committee, Jonathan Morgan AM, said: “Scrutinising the Government’s draft budget is an extremely important part of the Committee’s work so I am very pleased that both Ministers are coming to Committee to answer questions. As Members we take our scrutiny role very seriously.”

The meeting takes place at 9.30am, Wednesday November 28 in Committee Room 1, Senedd, Cardiff Bay.
