The National Assembly for Wales will be visiting Eisteddfod yr Urdd in Caerphilly this year, aiming to gather the views of 11-25 year olds about lowering the voting age in Wales.

The Assembly's bus will be a hub for young people who wish to share their views on the debate around #Vote16Wales throughout the week, all of which is part of the consultation which ends on 2 June 2015.

The consultation on lowering the voting age has already begun and is on track to be the largest ever consultation for young people undertaken by the National Assembly.

To help promote the message, the Assembly has teamed up with the Urdd's Syr IfanC Board whose role is to advise the Urdd Council on policies regarding the national activities offered to its 15 to 25 year-old members.

Members of the Board will take part in a discussion, which will be held on the Assembly bus on Thursday 28 May at 11.30, about lowering the voting age elections and politics in general.
