Newport Enterprise Zone petition handed in at Senedd

A petition calling for the Welsh Government to create an Enterprize Zone in Newport was handed in at the Senedd on Wednesday 9 November.

The petition, started by Newport City Councillor David Williams, calls for the issue to be debated by Assembly Members in the Senedd.

It was handed to members of the cross-party Petitions Committee, chaired by regional Assembly Member for Mid and West Wales William Powell AM.
