President of Estonia addresses Assembly Members

The President of the Republic of Estonia, Mr Toomas Hendrik Ilves addressed members of the National Assembly on Wednesday October 15 during his visit to Wales.  The President was in Wales to celebrate the Wales Estonia cultural exchange programme which includes art exhibitions, literary events and concerts by the Estonian Male Voice Choir.
