The Presiding Officer, Dame Rosemary Butler AM has congratulated Wales's national football team for successfully qualifying for the UEFA Euro 2016 finals.
The qualification means that Wales will appear at their first major tournament finals since 1958.
Dame Rosemary said, "This is truly a great and historic achievement for the Wales football team and well deserved.
"Congratulations to Chris Coleman and his players and I hope the team's success will continue in France next year."
