To celebrate the IAAF/Cardiff University World Half Marathon Championships 2016 coming to Wales, the countdown clock for the event will be calling at the Senedd in Cardiff Bay from Monday 27 April for a fortnight.
On Saturday 26 March 2016 the IAAF World Half Marathon Championships will arrive in Cardiff, where the course will go past iconic landmarks such as the Senedd, the home of the National Assembly for Wales, and Cardiff Castle.
