Back in July the First Minister for Wales updated us on the Welsh Government’s legislative programme and discussed the 8 Bills that will be introduced this year. One of those Bills was the Ending Violence against Women and Domestic Abuse (Wales) Bill. The First Minister for Wales, Carwyn Jones said, “We have been very clear about our duty to seek to protect the most vulnerable individuals and families. Everyone in Wales has the right to live in a safe community, free from violence and abuse.
