The Assembly in your Area - Conwy County Road Show, 28 November 2011

The National Assembly Outreach Team in north Wales took part in an information day organised by Conwy County Council on Monday 28 November 2011. The event, titled ‘Sharing Good Practice Road Show’ was held in Colwyn Bay’s Youth Centre. It provided attendants with a chance to find out about children and youth work opportunities in the region. Both young people and adults alike were keen to discover how they could play a part in the Assembly’s work. Some were interested in the petitioning system while others wanted further information about the Assembly Outreach Bus. Many took the Learning and Skills Measure (Wales) 2009 publication home with them to distribute to young people aged 14 to 19 throughout Conwy County.
