Our recognitions, accreditations, and memberships reflect our unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and values-driven culture.

They embody our core values of Passion Pride and Respect, and support the aims of the Commission’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy – in particular, to be an organisation where opportunities are open to all and where every member of staff can thrive.

Every success and commitment reflects dedication, time, and effort, and we  know that building an inclusive and engaged workplace plays a vital role in enabling Members of the Senedd to effectively represent the people of Wales.
